Technical case studyTurning complex business challenges into meaningful outcomes through cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and effective execution.

I started as a software engineer focused on backend systems and production reliability. Over 5 years, my work expanded from building microservices and distributed systems into designing AI-enabled products and reasoning about architecture at a system and business level.
At Packet Systems, I contribute to CrampasAI, an enterprise AI product spanning backend engineering, AI workflow design, and on-premise SaaS architecture. Before that, I built scalable microservices for Telkomsel's MyOrbit platform serving millions of users across Indonesia.
My work now increasingly sits at the intersection of engineering, architecture, product thinking, and business outcomes. I focus on translating complex requirements into decisions that teams can build on and organizations can rely on.
From strategy to execution, I work at the intersection of business objectives, architecture decisions, and engineering delivery.
Translate business objectives into technology initiatives, priorities, and execution plans that teams can act on.
Design scalable solutions that balance complexity, cost, security, performance, and maintainability without over-engineering.
Identify practical opportunities where AI and automation create measurable product value, not just technical novelty.
Bridge product requirements and engineering execution to deliver reliable systems that are observable, maintainable, and production-ready.
Building real products through hands-on engineering work, with growing focus on product thinking and leadership
Product Engineer responsible for building CrampasAI, an enterprise AI platform that enables organizations to leverage knowledge, automate workflows, and derive actionable insights.
Core developer on MyOrbit.id, Telkomsel's internet hotspot platform serving millions of users across Indonesia.

Technical case studyThe mental frameworks that guide decisions across architecture, AI, product, and engineering.
Technology should solve a meaningful business problem rather than exist for its own sake. The first question is always: what outcome are we trying to create?
There is rarely a perfect architecture. Good decisions balance scalability, complexity, cost, security, and delivery speed — and communicate those trade-offs clearly.
AI should create measurable value rather than simply being added because it is technically interesting. The question is always: does this actually improve the outcome?
A production system must be observable, maintainable, secure, and operationally reliable. Shipping is the beginning, not the end.
Technology decisions need to be communicated in language understood by product, business, and engineering stakeholders. not just technically correct.
Technology understood as systems and domains, not just a list of tools
System design and structural patterns
Intelligent systems and data platforms
Cloud platforms and operational tooling
Languages, frameworks, and data stores

I am open to opportunities where product judgment, backend execution, and AI delivery are equally important.
