I started as a software engineer focused on backend systems and production reliability. Over five years, my work expanded from building microservices and distributed systems into designing AI-enabled products and reasoning about architecture at a system and business level.

At Packet Systems, I contribute to CrampasAI, an enterprise AI product spanning backend engineering, AI workflow design, and on-premise SaaS architecture. Before that, I built scalable microservices for Telkomsel's MyOrbit platform serving millions of users across Indonesia.

My work now increasingly sits at the intersection of engineering, architecture, product thinking, and business outcomes. I focus on translating complex requirements into decisions that teams can build on and organizations can rely on.

There is rarely a perfect architecture. Good decisions balance scalability, complexity, cost, security, and delivery speed — and communicate those trade-offs clearly.
